United Wholesale Mortgage is Hiring a Corporate Trainer Near Pontiac, MI

:

To be a leader in any industry, you need to have a well-trained team. At UWM, the nation's number one overall lender, that's where you come in! Youll be part of the Corporate Training Team thats responsible for team member onboarding, escape rooms, team building activities, technical, soft skill, and continuous improvement courses. You will also be responsible for helping to spearhead Training Team events such as Captains Camp, P5 (continuous improvement training), and Kids Day. Were looking for a trainer who is passionate about training, and developing our team members, UWMs role in the lending process, our organization, and what sets us apart from our competition. Youll be responsible for participating in the courses design, development, facilitation, and maintenance of course materials directly relating to the above-mentioned areas. The focus for this role will be on facilitating training to the areas of the organization we support, identifying additional training needs, working closely with Training Coordinators and Instructional Designers regarding training materials and resources, as well as working closely with those areas of the business we support.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Facilitating onboarding, soft skill, technical, mortgage, and culture-related continuous improvement courses, escape rooms, and team-building activities/events for the areas of business we support
  • Providing a high-level overview of the mortgage industry, its structure, and the players involved in creating and maintaining learning successes within the classroom
  • Being an ambassador for our company culture, pillars, and dedication to training all new team members
  • Partnering with Training Team leaders and team members to identify and fulfill training needs
  • Coordinating with various UWM teams to help enroll, register, and track the attendance of current team members in various courses
  • Collaborating with Training Coordinators and Instructional Designers regarding updating materials as well as solidifying necessary resources for training
  • Updating and revising materials for courses with new information and content as needed
  • Contributing to the team with ideas and ways to make content and courses better
